Bialystok University of Technology offers bachelor’s (3-year bachelor’s degree and 3.5-year engineering degree) and master’s (1.5 or 2-year master’s degree) studies. Dual degree programs are conducted with the largest employers in the region.

The University runs an interdisciplinary Doctoral School.

It also has an extensive offer of postgraduate studies.

Our staff and students take advantage of the Erasmus+ international exchange programme, which enables them to travel to 280 academic centres around the world. Moreover, Bialystok University of Technology runs 20 double diploma programmes with universities in China, Belarus, Denmark, France, Spain, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Portugal, Russia, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.

The Bialystok University of Technology was established in 1949. The University continues the rich tradition of higher education in Bialystok. It was created on the basis of infrastructure, academic staff and scientific achievements of other Bialystok universities: NOT Private Evening School of Engineering, Evening School of Engineering and Higher School of Engineering.

Currently, Bialystok University of Technology is the largest technical university in north-eastern Poland. Our mission is high-quality education of students and young scientists, conducting scientific research at the highest international level and commercialisation of research results. In cooperation with the economic environment, we implement innovative technical solutions that affect the innovativeness of the economy. We also take action in response to social needs.
